Yes, we accept Medicare and Medicaid.
Will I have to pay any money?
Yes, patients are responsible for all co-pays and deductibles associated with their insurance plans.
Are there any additional fees?
Yes, patients must pay a $25/ office visit security and convenience fee for e-prescribing and processing of prior authorizations. The maximum fee is $50/calendar month. All prescriptions will be sent electronically when feasible.
What services does insurance cover?
Every insurance plan is different. Your insurance plan will be billed for the doctor/ nurse practitioner services provided and for any counseling sessions that you attend. The office visit does not cover the cost of the medications.
Does insurance pay for my medication?
Every insurance plan is different. Often, it is difficult to know how much your medication will cost when you go to the pharmacy. Specialists cannot guarantee that your pharmacy will provide you your medication without a prior authorization.
What happens if I don't have the money?
Patients may be denied service if they have a balance on their accounts. Full payment is due at the time of service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment may be made with a credit card or cash. Checks are not accepted.
